Welcome to Acton Circle LLC, a California limited liability company ("Acton Circle," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") define the relationship between Acton Circle and you, the client ("Client," "you," or "your").

Our Services

Acton Circle provides graphic design, UI/UX design, and website development services, as outlined on our website (www.actoncircle.co) or as agreed upon in writing. Our services include:

• Annual Report Design Intensives – Structured design services for reports + publications and repurposed materials.
• Branding & Design Partnership – Ongoing creative leadership + design support on a monthly basis.
• Microsite Creation – Custom-designed microsites for digital storytelling.
• Content Repurposing Service – Transforming report content into engaging print materials and social media assets for extended visibility.
• Other Services – Additional design services as agreed upon.

These services are collectively referred to as our “Services.”

Service-Specific Terms

The specific terms for each service apply only if you have signed up for that service. If you purchase multiple services, the relevant terms for each will apply.

Agreement to Terms

These Terms apply to all users of our Services. By signing up, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with our services.

Right to Refuse or Modify Services

• We reserve the right to reject, cancel, or suspend services at our discretion.
• We may modify these Terms at any time before you place an order and with prior written notice after services have commenced.
